Based on the requirements of the position you apply for, we will conduct background checks on some of the candidates we intend to recruit by ourselves or hire a professional background check company. (3) Personality test related information. Depending on the requirements of the position you apply for, we may conduct career matching tests, personality tests and analysis on you by ourselves or through a third party;
(4) Your health related information. Depending on the requirements of the position you apply for, we may ask you to provide your health certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), physical examination report and other information. The health information you submit will only be used to assess your matching degree with the position you apply for;
(5) Other personal information such as your ID card that you disclose to us during interviews, written tests and other recruitment processes.
The above information is generally provided to us directly by you, and we may also obtain your above personal information through third parties, such as the recruitment company, your referee, your previous employer, your interviewer and background check company. In addition, we will also collect and use information that you have made public on the website or social media, such as your public profile on LinkedIn. Some of our recruitment channels (such as SuccessFactors, 51job, and tupu360) also allow you to retrieve your personal information from other third parties to generate a resume or directly retrieve your resume from a third party. If you choose to do so, you are deemed to have agreed to our obtaining your personal information stored on the third party from the third party.
