Shandong LIFE Biotech Industry Co., Ltd. was established in the Qingdao High-Tech Zone in 2014. After ten years of development, LIFE Biotech has established its headquarters at the Qingdao LIFE Medical Device Innovation Park and operates three R&D centers in Jiaxing, Changchun, and San Francisco. It has become a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, registration, production, and technical services of in vitro diagnostic medical devices. The company has received honors including “National High-Tech Enterprise,” “National Service-Oriented Manufacturing Demonstration Project,” “Provincial-Level New R&D Institution,” “Shandong Province Pilot Base for Commercialization,” “Shandong Province Gazelle Enterprise,” and “Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative Demonstration Enterprise.”
       The LIFE Medical Device Innovation Park, built with investment from LIFE Biotech, covers 20,000 m² and has a floor area of 30,000 m². The park is home to a 3C Innovation Service Platform for in vitro diagnostic medical devices, based on “shared R&D + shared intelligent manufacturing + intelligent supply chain operations.” It is building a new, integrated medical-engineering 3C innovation service platform centered on emerging industries, powered by new technologies, driven by new models, and grounded in new business formats. Services include CDMO medical device contract R&D and intelligent manufacturing, CRO product registration and clinical trial services, and CSO medical device supply chain and distribution services.
