After recommendation by the competent department, formal review, meeting evaluation, on-site inspection, and list announcement , the "Qingdao In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Industry Innovation Consortium " led by Shandong Lifei Biological Industry Co., Ltd. was selected.

The Qingdao In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Industry Innovation Consortium is jointly established by 8 enterprises including Han Tang Bio, Qingdao Bojie, Huajing Bio, Biotech Intelligence, Hui'ankang Bio, Babu Technology, and Gaoxin Bio, 4 universities including Rehabilitation University, Shandong University, Qingdao University, and Jinan University, 1 research institution including Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Qingdao Research Institute, 6 service institutions including Qingdao Central Hospital, Qingdao Municipal Hospital, Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital, Peking University People's Hospital Qingdao Hospital, Stander, and Qingdao National University Science and Technology Park, and 2 financial investment institutions including Qingdao Bank and Zhuhai Daye. The team members include technical experts, authoritative scholars in related fields, senior industry experts, senior managers within member units, financial experts, investment experts, etc.
