The "High-speed Hyperspectral Fluorescence Microscope Imaging Analyzer" project was approved on December 29, 2023 as a key special project of the 2023 National Key R&D Program "Basic Scientific Research Conditions and Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment R&D". The project is led by LIFEI and jointly applied by nine institutions including Rehabilitation University, University of Science and Technology of China Hangzhou Institute of Advanced Studies, Qingdao University, Qingdao Institute of Optoelectronic Engineering Technology and Ocean University of China. It aims to break through key technologies and develop high-speed hyperspectral fluorescence microscopy analyzers with independent intellectual property rights to meet the testing needs in the fields of medicine, chemistry, materials, and biological proteins. The instrument of this project will break through key technologies such as multiple fluorescent target labeling, hyperspectral image unmixing analysis, and high-throughput automatic scanning of samples, and carry out application demonstration and industrial promotion in the fields of multiple fluorescent immunohistochemistry tumor microenvironment precision diagnosis, yeast cell morphology rapid imaging identification, etc.
